on demand not working

I have 2 tivo boxes, my on demand is working on my extra box but i just get a blank screen on my main tivo box when i  select an on demand service .ie movies

 

Any ideas?

Can you just confirm which boxes you have - are they TiVo or V6? You've posted in the V6 forum but mentioned a TiVo, so let's make sure now - if you're not sure - check here

If the non-working box is definitely a V6, is it connected to a 4K UHD TV?

It is a V6 connected to a 4K UHD Tv, everything works except on demand

Thought as much, but never assume on this forum.... I'm guessing the lead-in adverts play, but the programme doesn't.

The guidance under error code help will resolve this for you, but what's the make & model of your TV?

Correct lead in adverts play, but the programme doesn't.

Samsung 65HU8500.

We get no error code just a blank screen , or the last frame of the ad

In common with many Samsung UHD TVs, there should be an HDMI port marked with "MHL".

Try your V6 HDMI cable in that port.
