new v6 box still stuck at account showing status 22: staging

Its been a week now since my new V6 box was installed by the engineer. Left me with account showing staging. No apps, no on demand, no help whatsoever from customer services or tech support. JOKE!!!

Told i needed an new Hub 3 - still same

Beyond livid now !!

Does the V6 box currently have any connection to Virgin broadband?
