new box

morning..i phoned up last week regarding pixelating and was told i would have the newer box sent out within a week  as the tv is virtually unwatchable,,can anyone tell me when it will arrive? thanks kenneth naylor

I'd recommend calling into C/S to query that.

There's no guarantee how quickly VM staff may or may not get to your post at the moment, and checking your online orders is all that most of us are likely to suggest.
