netflix

netflix app on my virgin tv box has stopped playing any programmes AGAIN!! works fine on all other devices - internet connection is good. any ideas?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem when using Netflix.

 

What happens when you attempt to view a show/film please? Do you get any error message? 

Also, do you experience any problems when trying to use any other streaming service?
