netflix v6 audio issue

hi, have an issue with Netflix via v6 box, if watching a film and you pause, on resume there is no sound? have to re boot to get sound back on any channel, Netflix fine via my sony oled tv, but if I watch via the v6 box I have a sound issue.

 

any assistance appreciated

 

have tried - settings- dolby/pcm but to no avail

Do you have this issue when using any other apps?

 

Or on our Catch Up or OnDemand service?

everything else is fine, only happens when viewing Netflix via v6 box, apps, on demand all fine
