unable to view any content using this app.
Have registered etc but all we get is
ALL4-011 content currently unavailable
any recent info out there?

Just to confirm, you're using a V6, you can load the app and browse programmes, but not play any?
Do other OnDemand programmes, and streaming apps, work ok?

found that ch5 also does not work.
netflix, bbc, stv all work
also the adverts prior to starting the actual series / program come on ok but it either shows a grey screen after or freezes on trying to start then goes back to episode choices with error showing
Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV?
Or a Samsung TV?

Disregard the lack of an error code and follow the advice at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/604 which should resolve this.
I would imagine you have a slightly older model of TV that doesn't support HDCP2.2 on all ports.
Quite often with these, you need to connect your V6 to the HDMI port marked "MHL"
