i am getting certain channels but the sky channels are missing sky one sky witness the free sky channels
i spent 45 minutes on the phone explaining this issue to have someone try and sell me more channels. all the cables are tight and re-booted box numerous times. Error W02 comes up but tried everything that has been on the website for that.
You've not said whether it's the SD or HD channels you're missing (they're carried over VM's network differently) but the outcome won't differ.
Check on 0800 5610061 that there's no known area faults.
If not, you have an unreported service fault and will most likely need an engineer visit to further invesigate. You need to call VM to report your fault - 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
