Who do I speak to that has oversight over both Virgin home and Virgin business.
We have Virgin Business for our broadband (300Mb) and phone as we work from home.
We have Virgin Home for the TV.
We used to get all three from Virgin Home.
Virgin Home will not let us have a V6 box because it is their policy not to supply them if they don't supply the broadband, even though we have broadband from Virgin. And their systems don't let them link the accounts.
So by switching our broadband and phone from Home to Business we're losing out.
To add further insult, Virgin Home said we could have the latest TiVo box, but only a 500Gb one when we currently have a 1Tb box!
Virgin Business is a seperate company to the Virgin Media Residential operation.
Also for legal reasons Virgin Business cannot provide TV services, only Broadband & Phone.
As the V6 has to be linked to a Hub, this therefore has to be a Hub on a Residential account.
The only way to get around this is to provide a standard TiVO box as a standalone product on a Residential contract (as it has its own modem & does not require a Hub). The 1TB TiVOs are no longer supplied AFAIK.
