lg 43un81006lb - cannot get signal from Virgin tivo box .

Hi cannot seem to get signal from LG43UN81006LB 

Ran through set up 

Picked - set top box set up as opposed to TV

HDMI 1 connected to Tivo 

Message - when selecting source - cannot find signal 

Tried the tivo on another tv - no issues. 

Has anyone has issues with LG smart tv's

As you are in the V6 forum and not the TiVo one - I assume you have the V6?

Simple stuff first. My pal has the same TV and has no issues on his V6. You know the V6 is fine as it works on another TV - is that with the same HDMI cable - i.e you "know" that it is a good one? Have you tried the other HDMI ports on the TV. Is the V6 connected to the Hub by ethernet cable?

Tried all the ports 1,2,3 HDMI - no luck. 

Yes Tivo V6.

Looks like i may be on the on the live chat with LG tomorrow☹️

Yes probably the best option. I had a "sound" problem on my new Samsung TV with V6 - I got good advice on the Sammy forums and then the from SamsungUK customer support line got back to me and logged on to the TV remotely and changed some firmware and that sorted it.
