Is there an issue in Area 31 - Coventry. The TV Box is stuck saying loading.
Rebooted both the broadband and the TV and now nothing is working
Service status page shows everything is OK. I've tried running the tests from the page and TV said it's OK when it's clearly not and Broadband said it cannot contact the router. Also, now says I can't run any more tests for 24 hours - how am I supposed to see if the router restart is doing anything?
