I can open log onto the App and see TV Guide and my recordings but I cannot use the App to control my television. It says that my V6box is not connected to the Network and asks me to Re scan. Nothing happens!
When in RED mode it could be in one of two states - and the deep sleep state seems not to work at times.
Even when you have full ECO mode set on - the box may still be doing network activitiy which will make it available and so it is not in a deep sleep. The box wakes up at least once every six hours for its own network activity.
Sometimes it will work and others it will not.

OK. Some information and diagnostics.
1. Are you using the HUB in router or modem mode with your own router? 2. How is your V6 connected to the router? 3. Get the IP information from your iPhone /iPad; both IP address and subnet mask. 4. Get the IP information from your V6; again both IP address and subnet mask.
In the TV Control app go to ... (more) ->settings. If you have more that one V6 select the one with problems under 'Selected Source' The scroll down to System info and select the V6 (again for some reason)
