V6 box had briefly shown green screen message "The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it"... For the past 5 days we have had no live tv, just a grey screen. Message after reboot shows "Network Availability (C130)" code. Another message says none of the six tuners is available.
There is a tv service issue in Glasgow G12, but is this the problem or do we also have a fault with the V6 box?

Is the TV service issue "You may find they are getting ES073 error code(s) on your TiVo"?
If so it has nothing to do with your DVR error.
The, "the DVR has detected a serious problem and is trying to fix it; do not switch off for 3 hours”. message is commonly known as the green screen of death. It means that your hard drive has failed. It's not very often that the box is able to recover from this, and if by some miracle it does, then it's only a matter of time before it fails completely.
You should try speaking to faults. The best time to call is around 8am when lines first open and are least busy.
If you hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc then ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Hi there @jasclar
Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have been facing this issue with your set top box! I can see that you have an appointment with an engineer booked already to check this.
Are you able to let us know how things are looking after the visit?
