going around in circles

Can anyone please help? I upgraded my tv package this week which included a V6 box. My old package had two boxes, a V6 and a Tivo connected. I've now found out that the new package only connects to the V6 box and not the Tivo. I've decided to add the Tivo onto the package, but when I eventually found out what was going on, after several phone calls to 150, I got in touch with the change account people, only for that to cut off after about 8 minutes. Is there any cost to reactivating? Is there anyway I can do this online? Can I swap it for a V6 box and is there any cost to this being an existing customer? 

I'm tearing my hair out over this as it doesn't seem to be a very clear system, and I don't have the time to be on the phone all the time. If anyone can help then I will be eternally grateful
