faulty v6 box

I am trying to contact Virgin Media to report my faulty v6 box, we have no picture or sound. Have tried all the usual fixes, unplugging, trying new cable and using the other HDMI port in the TV, but still nothing! Any time i phone VM on 150, just getting message saying all agents are busy, call back later! There is no option online to report fault, or book an engineer, has anyone any idea what my next option is??

Are you getting the V6 menus on your TV if you choose any of the Home/menu/TV guide options?

Thanks for taking time to reply, but happy to say finally got through to virgin media on phone, sending out a new box.
