I am trying to contact Virgin Media to report my faulty v6 box, we have no picture or sound. Have tried all the usual fixes, unplugging, trying new cable and using the other HDMI port in the TV, but still nothing! Any time i phone VM on 150, just getting message saying all agents are busy, call back later! There is no option online to report fault, or book an engineer, has anyone any idea what my next option is??
