strong internet signal.
get v56 error on all channels except 100, 104 (the ones provided by virgin)
have rebooted hub and tv box multiple times.

I did NOT activate. I had no idea I should.
I sat on the phone for 15 mins to the helpdesk earlier, but gave up.
I'll try again tomorrow.
is there any way I can do this online?

Have you been able to activate your equipment since your post yesterday?
I believe it's just broadband solus that are able to be activated online at the moment.
