error code V201 and no apps working or on demand

Hi ongoing customer, as stated above none of the apps are working or the on demand, all wires connected I've ran numerous tests on equipment with the app. Account in good standing and hand tried to get through today a few times 

 

Any help appreciated

We advise keeping your issue to one thread as this stops any confusion when our team respond to this. 

 

Can we please confirm if you've been able to try connect this to the Hub using an alternative ethernet cable? If not possible, please connect both sides of the ethernet cable to the Hub and let us know if the back of the Hub lights up, this would indicate that the cable is working. 

 

You can also go through the below steps and let us know how this goes.

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

Hi yes I have used another ethernet cable and it works, when I go to the virgin media service it says all networks are connected, still no fix even after receiving a text message saying it's repaired and to reset my box/hub which I did and nothing has changed

Can we please confirm if you went through the steps listed in my first response to your post? 

 

Are you experiencing any other broadband issues? As these apps are streamed through the internet. 

 

Can you please try to turn the power to the Tivo box off, remove and reinsert the cables going from the Tivo box to the TV to the wall socket, ensuring no visible damage can be seen on any of the cabling. Then switch the Tivo box back on and let it run through set up, please then try to use one of these services and let us know if this is still showing the same issues.

No other broadband other than it can be slow but no connection issues just the actual interactive part of my tv has disappeared

I have reset and cleared the whole tivo box right back to the very start and it is still not working
