error c133 on V6 box

I still have a C133 error code on my connection. Also V210. I phoned yesterday and was told there was no problems found. I have disconnected all the cables numerous times and reset the box but I am still geting the same fault.

If you go into Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media service. How far does it go through and what does it fail on?

Is your box connected via Ethernet or WiFi? If Ethernet unplug the Ethernet and in the Network options connect it via WiFi and try
