Hello- I am getting an error code 7400. Every time I try to fix this issue online, it does not help me what so ever. I have been trying to contact virgin media to fix this issue for over a month and I can never get any help. How do I get rid of this message????
Hi this code means the box has been deactivated or not activated in the first place phone the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of your box to hand. Regards Micky
