dvr green screen

Hello i cant get anyone online or on phone to help  the screen screen says it will fix in 3 hours its been 9 how do i get them to send me a new box , asin previuos topics this is the solution

You're correct to assume this error means your box has failed and needs replacing, you have 3 choices.

1: Send a text message to 07533 051809, you should get a response in a couple of days.

2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, this is currently taking upto a week.

3: Keep trying to call in - 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and (with much patience & persistence) for a C/S agent. They should arrange a replacement box for you.

You might find the call queues are shorter earlier in the day.
