Hey shazza63,

I'd reboot and see if that fixes the problem ...

Turn the box off at the back, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

Let it restart, then check your Catch-Up again 🙂

Can you give a few more details? Any specific programme or is this a general problem?

Do you get any error codes, for example?
