box not working

my box keeps coming up with error messages and picture drop out

reset changed hdmi no change

online fault finder said phone support 15 minuets of auto response and then told to go online 

and use fault finder

how do i replace my faulty box?????

Hi chris810, really sorry for the delay getting back to your post.

 

Apologies as well for the problems you've had with your TV service. Taking a look at this today I can see a tech-visit has been arranged already - please keep us posted with the outcome of that if you can?
