box not working

My box keeps showing error messages and picture breaks up 

changed hdmi  still the same reset fault finder no joy 

tried to sort through online told to phone 15 minutes of auto responses told to go online and sort as call centers are closed 

how do i replace my box????

Can we please confirm if you're still experiencing any issues with your Tivo box?

 

If so, can you please try the below steps and let us know how this goes?

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
