We have just downgraded our broadband and TV package. We went for broadband, phone line and basic TV, but getting home tonight we only receive channels 1 to 5 with error code 7400. I phoned and an automatic line test was done, indicating a problem, but you can’t get further as the virgin media call centre as it’s closed due to corona virus. I was expecting that we would at least get access to freeview channels plus Netflix and prime as my daughter subscribes to them. What to do now?
Is it a case that the Tivo box hasn’t been configured correctly?
