I have two V6 boxes and today one of them now longer has the youtube app working, just buffering circle. I have seen old posts and tried all the fixes, no success

Just to confirm the steps to try:
-Please confirm if you've had any broadband issues? As this is what the app is streamed using
-Please try to reboot the Tivo box and the Hub, checking all the cables are secure.
-Please try these steps - Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
