Youtube and Prime Video channels

So if I go to channel 198 or 205 and click the red button, it attempts to load the channel but fails, this has been the case for about 3 or 4 days.

Netflix and everything else works as per normal.

What happens if you access the apps via the main Apps menu?

A White cable and a White with yellow ends Ethernet cable.

Hi have you tried the basic rebooting and tightning of cables, if so and its still happening, it points to an Internet related issue, hence why others are asking about the connection to your hub. Regards Micky

Can you watch OnDemand programmes ok? Try a non-BBC Catchup programme if you're not sure.

That's as good a test of your box's internet connection as anything.
