Your DVR has encountered a serious error

Came up yesterday. Tried 3 times today ringing customer services for the phone to be hung up after arlind an hour. This is not good. Please sort this out.

Your comment that this is not good is indeed, sadly, correct!

Unfortunately, there isn't any real alternative - you're correct to realise the error message you've got is terminal and that your box needs replacing. And you've done the right thing in calling to report it.

Your alternatives are to try the text message service - 07533 051809, but it's not going to give you an immediate response. And VM staff on here are currently taking around a week to respond.

So please don't give up on calling through in the meantime.

Thanks for the reply. I understand times are hard, but people still have problems and i cant go a week without TV. Its my only source of entertainment. Im currently on live chat, and my son is on hold.... AGAIN.... Not holding my breath. And i did the text thing but got an automated reply back.
