Your DVR has detected a serious problem - green screen

Will this fix its self or am I right in thinking the HDD is gubbed and I need a new box? Just loops from the green screen to Welcome screen to Starting up then back to green screen.

Virgin Media Faults

150 from VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the options for 'I have a fault with my TV service"

Did all that with the phone call, pressed for tv fault, said they were running checks, says no fault found, reboot and check again later! The green screen says there a PVR fault !!

Call back immediately, the IVR should recognise you're a repeat caller and offer the queuing options.
