Joined Virgin 2 days ago. On taking on my package I specifically said I needed to have access to YouTube for my son. Whenever I try and open the app it takes a good 5 minutes to load and then it pretty much does what it wants. It's practically unusable in its current state. It buffers constantly and the remote is pretty useless as the app itself is unresponsive to any command. It's very frustrating. I have other means of accessing YouTube via my smart TV but that's neither here nor there. I'd like everything in one place and I made this point on signing up.
