YouTube is not working on my virgin media v6 box and when I ring they say there is nothing wrong when clearly there is

I've moved your post to the V6 board on this forum.
Can you explain what happens when you try to use the YouTube app on your V6?
And do other internet-based functions such as OnDemand, work on your same box?

Yea everything else seems to work apart from YouTube, and it’s just has the loading circle and that’s it
In that case, the problem is potentially app-specific and so a restart is the first thing to try
