YouTube not working

No YouTube for several days now on either box. Have tried all reboots, cable checks, power on/off. All other on demand services working as normal. 

Can only get through to a recorded message when calling 150. Says “we must send a signal to your equipment”. 

Absolutely no change! 

Any one else experiencing similar and anyone have any suggestions. I’ve tried everything!
