Hi,
I have no sound when playing YouTube videos. All other channels and apps, Netflix etc, work fine,it's only YouTube that has the problem.
I have logged out and back in to the app, and powered the box off and on but it doesn't help.
Any ideas please?

Can you please confirm if this has always been the case or an issue that has just occurred?

Hi,
I have a V6 box.
It was working fine and then it stopped working.
It has now been working again for the past few days so I will assume that it was just a glitch!
