Youtube App just shows buffering circle and doesn't load at all when I try to load on V6 box. All other Apps are working ok
Ethernet (via power line adaptors)
Never been an issue before in 18 months it's been set up and all other apps reliant on internet (Netflix, iPlayer etc) working without a problem. Have reset box and router but not resolved it

Our apologies for the issues when trying to use the YouTube app. I appreciate you have advised other apps are working, does this include Netflix and HeyU?
Before you next access YouTube can you please run a quick connection test? You just need to go to Settings and then Network and scroll down to Connect to Virgin Media Services.

Hi. Netflix, iPlayer and itv hub working fine. Never used HeyU before but didn't load when I tried.
Connection test finished with no issues but same issue with YouTube persists.
Internet working fine with good speeds also

checking the account I can see the hub hasn't been rebooted for some time.

Hi, I have the same problem. I can not open YouTube it's just loading whereas everything else works such as BBC iplayer.
I have tried everything that was posted before and rebooted but nothing has worked.
I'm having the same issue.
Rebooted the V6 box and the router.
Shows no issue.
Netflix works fine. Still no YouTube, just a spinning circle.
Same problem. All connections ok and all other channels ok except You Tube
