Cannot load Prime or Netflix either.
Happening for weeks.
Just blank screens. How long can VM offer no customer support via the phone for?
Maybe that's why they are merging with BT

Have you already put through a reset of the Tivo box?

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
