Wrong box inactivated

Hi,

2 questions:

1) I had two TiVo boxes - a TB and 1/2TB (or whatever the sizes are - a big one and a smaller one).  I swapped one for a V6 so I I needed to inactivate one of the others.   I wanted to inactivate the smaller one but I think its the larger one thats been done.  So can I just switch the cards around on the boxes or do I need to speak to someone?

2) Will I still be able to watch the shows already recorded on the inactivated box if I just plug it into an HDMI point on the TV? And if so will how long will they be available for?

Thanks,

Andy

Re: Wrong box inactivated

Hello

1) On this switching the cards will make no difference as for a while now the Cards are actually obsolete it is now done electronically.

2) If the box has been de-activated  I am afraid you will not be able to watch the recordings.

If you wait for a VM staff member they will resolve the activation issue.
