I had problems Thursday with my TV V6 box that was deactivated in error when I removed a 2d box from my account. After a conversation Friday I was told this was unable to be resolved and a new box would be ordered. A little later I received a call from the faults team who were able to solve as all it required was to reverse the signals. I specifically explained that on the earlier call a new box was ordered and that obviously now it wasn't needed and was assured this would be cancelled. On arriving home yesterday I had a missed parcel from yodel from virgin !! I don't seem to be able to speak to anyone regarding this & there is no obvious option to select for this issue. Any idea of best way forward ?
