Wrong Equipment sent

My Tivo has been playing up (sound going off) I called to cancel account and was offered a new V6 Box. I accepted this and a new contract.  Today a Tivo  box arrived.  Been on the phone for over an hour waiting

Was this box-swap arranged by a home visit? Or was it using Quick-Start self-install?

If it was Quick-Start, it sounds like the agent has just - in technical parlance - pressed the wrong button.

Being patient on the phone lines will be the quickest way, you can probably use the replacement TiVo in the meantime though...
