As above, complete loss of all services, what's the best way of getting this booked in for repairing ? Never have much luck getting through on the phone!

Thanks

Call it in on 0345 454 1111. There may be a £25 charge depending on how good you are at presenting it as a VM fault.

The same method as with anyp other service fault applies - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM landline if available.

Don't complicate the fault call by trying to explain the reason for the loss of service. You have no service - that's all that matters. When the tech arrives, then by all means explain. But don't complicate a fault reporting call - especially with offshore.

Hey there @ketsss, thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm sorry to hear the cable was cut off by accident!
I can see a technician has been booked as you have spoken to one of our team members about this.

Let us know how it goes and once your service is back up and running 🙂

Kind regards.
