Why hasn't VM addressed the problem re audio on recorded BT Ultimate Sport?
The problem regarding audio breaking up on recorded programmes from BT Ultimate Sport is a long standing problem. It has never been addressed satisfactorily. I am told that there is no audio problem if you watch games (EPL) live, but that's not an easy option for me. I guess this is a problem with the recording side of the V6 box.
I will be walking away from VM services unless this problem is fixed.

I'm sorry that the issue is still ongoing with regards to the audio on BT Sport Ultimate. I've checked the details of the issue and it's advised to raise a type of ticket which I've done so on your account. I'm sorry about this
