Who is responsible for updating daily EPG programme guide.

Channel 748 is never updated with individual  details for each hourly programme.  

Have emailed the broadcaster Create and Craft, no reply after several emails.

How can I  contact Virgin?

If the  EPG is different to what is listed on the braodcasters own website you can report  it to 

tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk
