What's the best way to get an extra box for another room

I want a box in an upstairs bedroom, what's the best way to go about it, I'm an existing customer

Hi normally phone and ask, but I believe at the moment virgin are only carrying out essential repairs due to the covid situation. Regards Micky

You're looking at a multiroom setup.

You'll have an install/activation fee for the initial setup and install of an additional coax point in the new room (if there's not one already) - most likely around the £100 mark.

Then an extra ~£10/month to replicate your current package on the extra box.

The costs will depend on your account - these are only approximate. Call VM to get the specific prices for you.
