The quickest way to report boxes that won't bootup or have failed software updates, is to call in. 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone). A staff reply on here is likely to take an extra day or so.
When you say "this is the third box", when was this one installed? And if it was a fault replacement, was it done by a tech visit?
