Was BBC iPlayer and Virgin Store down yesterday?

Tuning in

Sat down to watch the rest of a film we had rented, Spiderman: No way home, and it simply stopped half way through and we could not restart it.  Were there problems with Virgin Films yesterday?

Similarly, BBC iPlayer was not working either.

Annoyingly, the rental has expired and we have to pay another £4.99 to rent it again.

The common factor with both these services is that they use the internet.

Can you use OnDemand services OK? That also uses the internet, and is a good test.

Hi @gobblebox, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your issues with trying to watch your film over the weekend.

Have the problems resolved themselves for you since this time?

Can you confirm if you had to pay to rent the film again and if so, I can look into putting this right for you?

Many thanks
