Waiting for new TV box

Hi Virgin Team,

I was advised I would get a new TV box when I renewed my VM contract. I have not received the box yet after two months.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have not received your new box. Was an additional box or was it to replace one you already have? Also have you checked your online account to see if the box was added? You can check here virg.in/myVM

I think it was a replacement box. 

It is not on my contract.
