Waiting for Technical Support

Hi My V6 box has been stuck on the Start Up screen with the front lights flashing (power light flashes red and white).  I have been waiting for the Virgin Technical Team to get back to me to book an engineer but have been waiting since 3pm 9th Jan.  I have tried calling but after an hour of waiting get cut off and have tried the text support facility but after 2 days am still waiting for my issue to me taken forward.  Is there an email that I can use to contact them?

Sorry to say this, but VM have never had email fault reporting.

I can only suggest calling back, perhaps earlier in the day before queues build up.

thanks, I have tried at different times but still luck.  Guess I'll have to keep trying
