W02 on so many channels

Hello! I've have W02 errors on quite a few channels for weeks...think it's actually approaching a month and a half now. Have tried all recommended troubleshooting activities with no success. Has anyone found any resolution to this? Seems to be quite a few people experiencing this error 😞

Hi Boris. I am also having this issue on quite a few channel now and it's been going on for weeks if not more than a month. I've tried all of the online suggested troubleshooting activities and still nothing. Did you get any resolution calling the number provided?

Hi ash777pet,

If you've tried all the trouble shooting messages as per the tv-error-codes/w02  faults page then you need to contact the Faults Team,

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

When calling Faults you will go through a series of questions/tests, if that doesn't resolve the problem then call back around 10 minutes later and an agent should pick the phone up.

@ash777petSorry to be blunt, but I'm not surprised that you still have this errror after months if you've not called Virgin to report it. Chances are it may only be affecting yourself if it's unresolved after that amount of time.

Please don't create and add to multiple threads regarding the same issue (I've merged your posts), I would suggest following the advice you've already been given and call Virgin to report your fault. You'll get it resolved a lot quicker 🙂

I'm still having the issue and unable to get it resolved. Tried calling some of the numbers provided but spent ages on the phone without being able to speak to anyone.
