Hope you are all staying safe in these uncertain times.
For a couple of weeks now we've been getting the W02 error on some channels (for example Sky 1 tonight) and horrendous pixelation on channels (like Gold & E4).
I've completed all the suggestions on the Virgin website numerous times (checking connections and rebooting V6 box) but the problem is still there.
I can't get through to anyone on the phone, I've tried the messaging service and not had a response.
How can I speak to someone to get this problem fixed?
(Our box is ancient from probably when V6 came out - so a new box wouldn't go a miss!)
