wo2 indicates no signal for that channel. pixilation also indicates that the signal is weak on certain frequencies...check all cables from the plate on the wall to the box, including the splitter are fitted correctly and tight.

Hi Ian, yes I check all cables from power to splitter to tv to box etc. All connected and tight. Also reset and rebooted from the mains a few times. I believe for other posts this is a nationwide issue and an engineer will need to tweak the signal from the box. Has been happening since March.
