Volume Still Not Working

I have followed all instructions and every possible code suggested and still cannot use the volume controls. Any help would be appreciated...

While not every model of TV is covered, if you post the make model someone who has the same set may be able to asssist you

Sorry you've been having some trouble setting up the remote to control the volume. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.

No, not been able to sort it yet. I keep getting transferred to the tech team on the chat but they never connect.

Have you tried all of the advice here and here

I'm afraid we don't always get all the codes right away but I'm sure it will become available in the future if it isn't available at the moment.
