Virgin v6 pixelation issues

Hi there, had virgin for ages, no issues so far until recently (aww naw) when pixelation started and has been getting worse during shows across several channels now, used the trouble shoot,, tightened cables and reset the box but still no joy, no issues with netflix, youtube on the tv so any help, i called virgin who said change hdmi cables to see if thats an issue but still pixelation happening? any ideas? call up virgin again? get someone out? any help or idea would be great

And once again husband phoned regarding this then going through the whole rigmarole is the box plugged in cables and all the rest.

Asked why this fault hasn't been fixed after all the time it has been reported would have been better asking for the winning numbers to the lottery. It once again asks the very serious question do virgin care about their customers if they did the problem would have been fixed as soon as the problem became an issue.

If they problem relates to the V6 box then it cannot be fit for purpose. Just sit back and enjoy your billions sir Branson it's alright us mortals will make do with inferior equipment

Have you been able to check for related known issues on our service status page? If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your equipment which may offer a solution.
