due to the current situation I am unable to contact virgin, I believe I need a replacement v6 box as when turning mine on it just stays on the starting up screen and the box is flashing a light pink/dark pink has been doing so all weekend
any help would be appreciated please
have tried resetting leaving it off over night ext but no luck
